1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of realtylockai.com and the SMS text messaging program run by Realty Lock AI (operated by Bawse Enterprises, LLC), 313 E Hudson Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48067. Text messaging is separate and optional. Using this website or submitting the call-request form without ticking either text-message checkbox does not sign you up for text messages.

Booking through “Book A Demo” or “AISA Setup” means you agree to appointment confirmation and reminder text messages only, as stated in the booking-screen notice; you can opt out any time by replying STOP. You can opt in to text messages by one of the four methods described in section 2.

2. How to join, and the SMS program description

Program name: Realty Lock AI (operated by Bawse Enterprises, LLC).

You can opt in by one of these four methods:

  • Method 1 — Text Updates form: Tick either or both optional, unticked text-message checkboxes on the “Text Updates” page’s “Request My Call” form at realtylockai.com/text-updates: “SMS Consent - Non-Promotional” and “SMS Consent - Marketing.” You may tick either box, both boxes or neither; entering your phone number alone does not sign you up. Submitting the form requests a call and is not text-message consent.
    • Non-promotional checkbox: if you tick it, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders and replies about your inquiry.
    • Marketing checkbox: only if you tick this separate box may you receive marketing and promotional messages such as property follow-ups and service updates.
  • Method 2 — Book A Demo booking: Booking through a “Book A Demo” button opens the 30-minute booking calendar. The details screen displays this notice beside the form fields: “By booking, you agree to receive text messages from Realty Lock AI to confirm and remind you of this appointment. Appointment messages only, no marketing. Up to 8 per month. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

    Booking means consent to appointment confirmation and reminder text messages only (non-promotional); booking does not sign you up for marketing or promotional text messages. You can opt out any time by replying STOP.

  • Method 3 — AISA Setup booking: The “AISA Setup” booking page is used by paying clients to book a 1-hour onboarding/setup appointment with the onboarding team. Its details screen displays the same appointment-consent notice: “By booking, you agree to receive text messages from Realty Lock AI to confirm and remind you of this appointment. Appointment messages only, no marketing. Up to 8 per month. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Booking permits appointment confirmation and reminder text messages only, no marketing.
  • Method 4 — Keyword: Text START or SUBSCRIBE (either word, any capitalization, as the whole message) to (313) 217-6222. This opts you in to appointment and service text messages only, not marketing; marketing still requires the separate “SMS Consent - Marketing” checkbox on the “Text Updates” page’s “Request My Call” form. The automatic reply is: “Realty Lock AI: You are signed up for appointment and service text messages (no marketing). Up to 8 per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

    • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect no more than 8 messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message you send or receive.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to cancel. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT also work. After you opt out, we send one confirmation message and then no more messages. You can opt back in by selecting either or both text-message checkboxes on the “Text Updates” page’s “Request My Call” form at realtylockai.com/text-updates again, by booking again through the “Book A Demo” calendar, or by booking again through the “AISA Setup” page; either booking opts you back in to appointment confirmation and reminder text messages only, not marketing or promotional text messages. You can also rejoin appointment and service text messages only by texting START or SUBSCRIBE to (313) 217-6222; this does not opt you in to marketing.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (313) 217-6222 or [email protected]. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

7. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions, and we cannot guarantee delivery.

8. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. Using our website, requesting a call or submitting the call-request form without ticking either text-message checkbox does not sign you up for text messages.

Booking through “Book A Demo” or “AISA Setup” means you agree to appointment confirmation and reminder text messages only, as stated in the booking-screen notice; you can opt out any time by replying STOP. Neither booking signs you up for marketing or promotional text messages.

9. Age

Participants must be 18 or older.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to opt out. It is available at https://realtylockai.com/privacy-policy.

11. Supported carriers

The program works with major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or messaging program to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, to impersonate anyone, or to interfere with the program. We may end your participation if you do.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
